Our infrastructure helps us to sustain our success by constantly enabling us to respond to the demands of the domestic & international markets. Our production lines are strategically placed which ensures quicker movement of material and enhances productivity. Our factory is spread over 2 acres & well organized which enables the workers to work in a comfortable & safe environment.
- Hot Forgings:We are equipped with 4 one ton and one 1.5 ton friction drop hammers along with 2 Heavy duty “00” number forging screw presses which can forge components up to 2 kilos.
- Cold Forgings:The rivets, T Bolts & I Bolts used in scaffolding couplers are made on our cold forging headers. We have capacity to forge up to 5.8” of cold forging bolts in-house
- Fabrication:The department is equipped with sophisticated automatic pipe cutting, thread rolling machines. The SPM’s are installed in the fabrication for special purpose scaffolding materials. The latest Mig welding machines are being used to give international standard of fabrication in-house.
- Electroplating & ETP:The plant is equipped with electroplating barrels & automatic tanks for consistent finish of our electroplated products. A modern ETP plant is equipped in the electroplating for treatment of acidic waste & to control water pollution for safe environment.
- Lab & Tool Room:Our lab is equipped with 50 KN capacity UTM for testing of various components on regular basis. Our tool room & lab are fully equipped with modern machines and testing equipments. The regular upgrades are followed by us under our ongoing improvement projects in the company.
- Pressings:The sheet metal section is equipped with latest power presses from 10 tons to 300 tons capacity, shearing machines. Our own design department in pressings is capable of handling any sort of sheet metal development in-house on wire cut technology.
